These Terms of Service govern your use of applications, games and related services provided by Cuber Games, including CUBER, Chess, Magnet Drop and CUBER Snake 360.

By downloading, installing, accessing or using a Cuber Games application, game, website or related online service, you agree to these Terms.

Use of Our Games

Cuber Games applications are provided primarily for personal and non-commercial entertainment use.

You agree not to:

Online Multiplayer and CUBER Snake 360

CUBER Snake 360 is a browser-based multiplayer game that allows players to create or join game rooms and use compatible devices, including phones, as controllers.

Players may be asked to enter a display name, room code or other session information required to join and participate in an online game.

You are responsible for the display name and other content you choose to submit. You must not use names or content that are unlawful, abusive, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, infringing, misleading or otherwise inappropriate.

You agree not to intentionally disrupt online game rooms, interfere with other players, manipulate game communications, impersonate another person, attempt to access rooms without authorization, overload the service or use bots, scripts, exploits or other unauthorized methods to gain an unfair advantage or interfere with the service.

Cuber Games may restrict, remove or terminate access to an online game room or service where reasonably necessary to protect players, prevent abuse, maintain security or preserve the normal operation of the service.

Online multiplayer functionality depends on internet connectivity and third-party infrastructure. Cuber Games does not guarantee that a particular game room, connection or multiplayer session will remain continuously available or free from latency, disconnections or other technical issues.

Intellectual Property

Cuber Games applications and their content, including names, logos, graphics, interfaces, designs, code, gameplay elements, audio and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Cuber Games unless otherwise stated.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use our applications for their intended personal use.

Advertisements

Some Cuber Games applications, including CUBER, Chess and Magnet Drop, may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob.

Cuber Games does not control the content of third-party advertisements and is not responsible for external products, services or websites promoted through those advertisements.

Rewarded Advertisements

Some Cuber Games applications may offer optional rewarded advertisements.

For example, CUBER and Magnet Drop may allow users to voluntarily watch an advertisement in exchange for an in-game benefit, such as continuing a game after losing.

Any associated reward is granted only when the advertising provider confirms that the required advertisement has been completed.

In-App Purchases

Some Cuber Games applications may offer optional in-app purchases.

For example, CUBER, Chess and Magnet Drop may offer a one-time purchase that removes advertisements from the application.

Purchases of digital goods are processed through Google Play or another applicable digital storefront.

Cuber Games does not directly collect, process or store payment card information, bank account details or other payment credentials.

Prices, payment processing, taxes, refunds and other transaction-related matters may be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable digital storefront.

Non-consumable purchases may be restorable using the same store account, where supported by the applicable storefront and application.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with the policies of Google Play or the applicable digital storefront, together with any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply.

Where supported by the applicable platform, Cuber Games may review, assist with or process refund requests.

Game Availability and Changes

Cuber Games may update, modify, suspend or discontinue applications, features or services when reasonably necessary.

Updates may affect gameplay, compatibility, advertisements, purchases, design, performance or other functionality.

We do not guarantee that an application, game, website, online game room or service will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.

Game Data and Local Storage

Our applications may store settings, progress, scores or other game-related information locally on your device.

Some applications may also store information indicating whether an optional feature, such as advertisement removal, has been activated.

Local game data may be lost if you uninstall an application, clear its data, change devices, experience technical problems or perform certain updates.

Cuber Games does not guarantee that locally stored scores, settings or progress can always be recovered.

Purchases may be restorable through the applicable digital storefront where supported.

Third-Party Services

Cuber Games applications, games and online services may use or interact with third-party services, including:

Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms, policies and privacy practices.

Cuber Games is not responsible for the independent operation, availability or policies of third-party services.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cuber Games applications and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Cuber Games does not guarantee that an application, game, website or online service will meet every user's expectations, work on every device or remain free from bugs, interruptions, latency, disconnections, compatibility issues or other technical problems.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cuber Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our applications or services.

This may include loss of locally stored game progress, scores, settings or other data where such loss occurs due to technical problems, device changes, uninstallation or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.

Termination

You may stop using a Cuber Games application or service at any time. An installed application may be removed from your device, and use of a browser-based service such as CUBER Snake 360 may be ended by leaving the game or closing the service.

Cuber Games may restrict or terminate access to an application or related service where reasonably necessary, including in cases of unlawful use, cheating, abuse, security risks or violations of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our applications, services, business practices, platform requirements or applicable laws.

Any changes will be published on this page and the "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of our applications after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.

This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or protections that may apply under the laws of your country of residence.
