Cuber Games respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected and processed when you use Cuber Games applications and services, including CUBER, Chess, Magnet Drop and CUBER Snake 360, and how that information may be used.

Information We Collect

Cuber Games applications do not require users to create a Cuber Games account unless explicitly stated within a specific application.

Our games generally do not ask users to directly provide personal information such as their address or payment card information. CUBER Snake 360 allows players to enter a display name when joining an online game room. The display name is used to identify the player during that game session.

When you use our applications, certain technical information may be collected automatically by third-party services used within the apps, including:

This information may be used to operate our applications, improve performance and stability, identify and correct technical issues, measure advertising performance, prevent fraud or misuse and improve the overall user experience.

Online Multiplayer and CUBER Snake 360

CUBER Snake 360 is an online browser-based multiplayer game. A player may join a game room by entering a room code or scanning a QR code displayed on the game screen.

When joining a CUBER Snake 360 game, a player may provide a display name and select a game color. The display name, selected color, player identifier, host status, room status and other game-session information may be processed to operate and synchronize the multiplayer session.

CUBER Snake 360 uses real-time network connections, including WebSocket connections, to send game controls and session updates between player devices, the game screen and the online game service.

The online game service is currently provided using Cloudflare infrastructure, including Cloudflare Workers and Durable Objects. In connection with providing the service, Cloudflare may process technical network information such as IP addresses, request information, connection data and security or diagnostic information in accordance with Cloudflare's own privacy practices and legal obligations.

Cuber Games does not require a general Cuber Games account to play CUBER Snake 360. Information used for an online game room is intended to support the multiplayer session and related technical operation of the service.

Advertising

Some Cuber Games applications, including CUBER, Chess and Magnet Drop, may display advertisements using Google AdMob.

Google AdMob may collect and process information such as:

This information may be used to display and measure advertisements, prevent advertising fraud, limit repeated advertisements and improve advertising services.

Where required by applicable law, users may be asked for consent before personalized advertising is displayed.

Depending on the user's region, age, device settings and consent choices, users may receive personalized, non-personalized or limited advertisements.

Rewarded Advertisements

Some Cuber Games applications may offer optional rewarded advertisements.

For example, CUBER and Magnet Drop may allow a player to voluntarily watch an advertisement in exchange for an in-game benefit, such as continuing a game after losing.

Watching rewarded advertisements is voluntary. Any associated in-game reward is granted only when the advertising provider confirms that the required advertisement has been completed.

In-App Purchases

Some Cuber Games applications may offer optional in-app purchases.

For example, CUBER, Chess and Magnet Drop may offer a one-time purchase that removes advertisements from the application.

All purchases are processed securely through Google Play or another applicable digital storefront.

Cuber Games does not directly collect, process or store payment card details, bank account information or other payment credentials.

Purchase information may be checked through the applicable digital storefront to determine whether a purchase is active, confirm access to purchased functionality or restore a previously completed purchase.

Local App Data

Our applications may store certain settings or game-related information locally on the user's device.

This may include preferences, game progress, high scores or information indicating that an optional feature such as advertisement removal has been activated.

Locally stored information may be deleted if the user clears the application's data or removes the application from the device. Purchased features may be restorable through the applicable digital storefront where supported.

Cuber Games does not control how third-party service providers process information independently of our applications.

Cloudflare Privacy Information

CUBER Snake 360 uses Cloudflare services to provide online game rooms, real-time communication and related technical infrastructure.

Cloudflare may process technical information necessary to provide, secure and operate those services. Cuber Games does not control how Cloudflare processes information independently as a service provider.

Children's Privacy

Cuber Games applications are not specifically directed toward children below the minimum age required by applicable law unless explicitly stated otherwise for a particular application.

Where required by applicable law or platform policies, additional protections may apply to younger users, including restrictions on personalized advertising and data processing.

Data Retention

Cuber Games does not currently maintain general user accounts for CUBER, Chess, Magnet Drop or CUBER Snake 360 and does not directly maintain payment information submitted by players.

CUBER Snake 360 game-room information may be processed for the duration of an online game session and may also be retained temporarily or for a longer period where reasonably necessary for operation, reliability, abuse prevention, security, diagnostics or service continuity. The exact retention of information processed by Cloudflare is also subject to Cloudflare's applicable policies and service practices.

Information collected and processed by third-party services is retained according to the policies, legal obligations and retention practices of those service providers.

Information stored locally by an application may remain on the user's device until the application data is cleared or the application is uninstalled.

Your Privacy Choices

Depending on the application and region, users may have options to control how certain information is processed.

Where consent is required by applicable law, users may be asked to make choices regarding personalized advertising.

Users may also be able to manage advertising-related settings through their device or Google account settings.

Where offered, users may purchase an optional advertisement-removal feature to stop advertisements from being displayed within the applicable Cuber Games application.

Data Security

Cuber Games takes reasonable measures to design and operate its applications in a way that protects user information.

However, no electronic transmission, device, platform or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Third-party services used by our applications are responsible for the security of information they independently collect and process.

International Users

Cuber Games applications may be available to users in multiple countries and regions.

Third-party service providers may process information in countries other than the user's country of residence in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.
